Online Dispute Resolution Platform and Consumer Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The competent consumer arbitration board in Germany for property disputes arising from an attorney-client relationship is the Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft, Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin, www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de.
